Q: What type of products do you sell?
We specialize in digital download invitations, stationery templates, and card mockups for weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, and more. All products are instant digital downloads—no physical items will be shipped.
Q: How do I access my digital downloads?
After purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. Templates are edited through CORJL (you’ll get an access link), and mockups come as high-resolution JPEG files you can download instantly.
Q: Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, digital downloads are not refundable. But if you have any issues with your purchase (can’t access, file problems, technical issues), please contact us—we’ll do our best to help.
Q: Can I use your mockups for client work?
Yes! You may use our mockups to display your designs for clients, portfolios, websites, and social media. However, you may not resell, share, or redistribute the mockup files themselves.
Q: Do the mockups allow me to move or change objects in the photo?
No. Our mockups are based on real photographs. Items cannot be moved or recolored. You can only insert your design into the designated card area.
Q: Can I print the templates?
Yes! Our invitation templates can be downloaded as PDFs (for professional or home printing) or JPGs (for texting, emailing, or digital invites). We recommend Prints of Love for professional printing.

Q: Do your products have watermarks?
No. Purchased downloads will not include any watermarks. Watermarks are only on preview images in the shop.
Q: What if I need help editing or using the files?
We’re here to help! Please message us anytime if you need support with editing, downloading, or customizing your designs.
